Rise India touches the forgotten, isolated, marginalized, poor, and suffering people of India with love, hope, truth, and compassion. Whether it is the oppressed Dalits or the fatherless children of “temple” prostitutes, in cities or villages, slums or urban campuses, Rise India carries light into the darkness and love to the unloved.

Broad-based in outreach, Rise India engages lives through care and support of rural communities, early childhood education, adult technical education, and strategic partnerships with agencies. Rise India is looking for passionate and compassionate individuals and organizations to get involved in its work of mercy to those who desperately need mercy. Rise India’s outreaches include:

• Family Seminars / Marriage counseling: Provides solutions to couples and families encountering life’s difficult realities.

• An annual conference to Devadaasi (temple prostitutes): Provides emotional healing and avenues to freedom otherwise unattainable.

• Young India: Provides love, dignity, future hope, education, and board and care for underprivileged Devasdaasi children.

• Building Life Centers / Assemblies: Provides communities with meeting places where members of the community can together experience Love, forgiveness, renewal, encouragement, fellowship, and support.

• Widows Support: Provides help to destitute widows, including shelter to homeless widows.

• Leaders and Rural village Programs: Provides health/medical supplies, summer camps for children, English teaching, and loving encouragement for the poor in rural areas, and

• Kingdom Kids School: Provides Daycare, Pre-school, and Kindergarten schooling for parents looking for a solid foundation for their children’s education.

• Mountain View Trade School: Provides education and training in technical trades to open up economic opportunities for rural students and children of temple prostitutes.

• Living Water Project: Drilling deep bedrock wells provides free water for many families in dry villages, and also frees children to return to school.

• Corona Virus Mercy Teams: Provides food, water, and sanitary products to people suffering from extreme poverty during the COVID-19 crisis, including widows and temple prostitutes with their children.

• Long and Short Terms: Allows volunteer teams to come to India to get involved in compassionate caring for the poor, underprivileged, and hopeless.
